Dawn is a freelance trumpet player in the Denver area. She is a member of the Colorado Brass Quintet, the Boulder Brass, DKO, and the Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra. She plays many of the shows at the Buell Theatre and the Arvada Center. She enjoys playing salsa music, is a member of La Candela and is first-call sub with Conjunto Colores. Dawn subs with the Colorado Symphony, Colorado Music Festival, Denver Brass, and many regional orchestras and chamber ensembles. She attended the University of Colorado and received a bachelor of music in trumpet performance.
